Terms of sale
1. Scope
These terms apply to every purchase made on uniflow.education by a consumer. The seller is Yanis Taimi, trading as Yalana Consulting, identified in the legal notice. By placing an order you accept the version of these terms in force on the day of your order.
2. What we sell and at what price
We sell exam-preparation materials for ESCP courses (digital documents available online or for download) and online live revision sessions, sold individually or as passes. Each product page describes what is included, the course it covers and, for sessions, the date and time.
Prices are in euros. VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French Tax Code), so the price shown is the price you pay. The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. When a price is shown as reduced, the reference price is the lowest price charged in the 30 days before the reduction.
3. Ordering and payment
You choose your products and give your name, email and campus. For online library materials, you also tick the withdrawal box described in section 5. You then pay by card on a page operated by our payment provider, Stripe. The order is final once payment is accepted, and we send you a confirmation email. We never see or store your card details.
4. Access and delivery
Online materials are available in your UniFlow student library right after payment: we email you a link to activate your account, and the email states until when your access is open. Live sessions take place online at the time shown on the product page; the link to join is sent to the email given at checkout. If you missed an email, write to contact@uniflow.education.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer buying online, you have 14 days from your order to withdraw from it without giving a reason, with one exception.
Online library materials. Before paying, you tick a box asking for immediate access to your online materials and acknowledging that you lose your right of withdrawal as soon as that access starts. Our confirmation email repeats this. Your right of withdrawal for those materials therefore ends when your access starts (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).
Everything else, including live sessions, keeps the full 14-day right. To withdraw, send us a clear statement, for example by email to contact@uniflow.education, or use the model form below. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following product(s): … Ordered on: … Name: … Address: … Date: … (Signature, only if this form is sent on paper.)
6. Refunds
If you have not opened or downloaded the materials you bought, we refund them in full on request. Once they have been accessed, they are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise (sections 5 and 7). If we cancel a live session, you choose between a full refund and another date.
7. Legal guarantees
Digital content and services must conform to their description. If something does not work or does not match what was described, tell us and we will fix it, replace it or refund it, as provided by the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (article L224-25-1 and following of the French Consumer Code).
8. Complaints, mediation and applicable law
Write to contact@uniflow.education with any complaint; we answer every one.
These terms are governed by French law. This does not take away the protection of the law of the country where you live, or your right to go to the courts there.
Terms of use
1. Personal use only
What you buy is for your own study. You may not share, forward, upload, resell or publish the materials or session links, including in group chats. Each purchase is personal. If materials are shared in breach of this rule, we may cancel the access concerned, without refund.
2. No guarantee of results
Our materials and sessions help you prepare. They do not guarantee a grade, and they do not replace your course or your lecturers.
3. Age
The site is meant for university students. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian agrees to your purchase.
